Product Description
Tinted laminated glass is made by sandwiching multiple layers of clear or tinted float glass with a tinted PVB interlayer. The tinted interlayer provides color, aesthetic appeal, and design flexibility while maintaining the inherent safety benefits of laminated glass.
Compared to clear laminated glass, tinted laminated glass offers several advantages:
-
Enhanced Privacy: Reduces visibility from the outside while allowing natural light to enter, ideal for buildings, vehicles, and other applications requiring privacy.
-
Glare Reduction: Effectively reduces sunlight glare, improving visual comfort in offices, retail stores, and residential buildings.
-
Heat Control: Helps regulate heat transmission, reduces solar heat gain, and enhances energy efficiency by lowering cooling needs in hot climates.
